The Witkowski Laboratory

Welcome to the Witkowski laboratory in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

 

We are dedicated to collaborative research investigating B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) - the most common cancer in children. Many B-ALL patients will succumb to disease resistant to existing chemotherapy and immunotherapies, such as CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy.

 

We aim to uncover how B-ALL cells survive therapy. Ultimately, we will endeavor to develop novel treatment approaches that improve B-ALL treatment outcomes.
